The major problem with implementing the micro payment model is the reluctance of news organisations to jump first because their market share will immediately slide - at least initially. The Wall Street Journal is providing, in many cases, specialist info to a target audience, but naturally the same can&#039;t be said for the majority of newspapers. It&#039;s going to take proprietors and boards with real guts and deep pockets to implement this.</description>
