Here are some of the pictures and videos I took at the St. Louis Tea Party protest at the SEIU office on 5585 Pershing Ave., in St. Louis. Kenneth Gladney, the man allegedly assaulted by SEIU members, showed up to the protest in a wheelchair. Several protestors claimed that Gladney was targeted because he was black. Bill Hennessy also claimed that the attack was in response to an order from the White House.

Counter protesters showed up on the other side of the side. They were quickly surrounded by Tea Party members and a heated debate ensued.

    The opposition to Obama’s health care proposals … play right into the hands of the insurance companies, whose interests are surely being protected by the extreme right’s activities of late.

    Think I’m wrong? What in the opposition would *differ* from what the insurance companies would want out of this debate?
